Personal data collected by the therapist and from these sites is held in accordance with regulations set out by both the NAPCP (ROI) and the BACP (UK).

What rights you have over your data

You can request that any personal data held about you be erased. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. This does not include data which has been shared with your medical team or other authorities.

How we protect your data

Any data submitted through this site is held in Google data centres. Your data is then stored locally and offline with your therapist. This data is then encrypted, before the initial data is removed from Google’s servers

What data breach procedures we have in place

All data is held securely and only visable by your therapist. All files pertaining to you as a client are encrypted and anonymised.
